Kartul sõtkuda puruks, segada kõik ained ja peaks üsna vedel segu tulema. Nüüd lisada niipalju riivsaia, et saab ilusaid pätsikesi voolida.

Ingredients for Prawn Curry: – Prawns, medium-sized (cleaned and deveined) – 250 gms – Mustard and Cumin – 2 tbsp ( 1 + 1 ) – Tomatoes, fine chopped – 1 medium – Green chillies, slit & cut – 7 – Salt to taste – Turmeric powder- 1 tsp – Coriander leaves, chopped- 1 tbsp – Oil- 3 tbsp Preparation: – Shell, devein and wash the prawns. Let the water drain from the prawns. – Chop the tomatoes, slit and cut the green chillies. – Make fresh Mustard and Cumin Paste – Process: – Heat 3 tbsp oil in a Kadai and add the washed prawns. – Fry on medium to low heat around 5 mins and then add a pinch of turmeric and salt. – Add the chopped tomatoes, mix and add the salt. Cook for around 5 mins till tomatoes are soft. – Add green chillies and fry. – Then add Mustard and Cumin paste and cook in low flame for 2 mins. Mix and stir well. – Add ½ tsp turmeric powder. – Mix and add 1 cup of water and cook on medium flame till it comes to a boil. – Add some mustard oil for raw mustard flavour. – Now add the salt to taste, mix & sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. – Serve hot with roti or rice.

– 1 1/2 cup Corn (boiled) – Water – 200 gms Boneless Chicken Breast (shredded) – 1 tbsp Oil – 1 tbsp Spring Onions (white) – 1 tbsp Celery – 1 1/2 tsp Garlic (minced) – Corn Paste (already Made) – 3 cups Chicken Stock – Black Pepper (crushed) – Salt – 1 tsp Sugar – 1 tbsp Cornflour & Water – 2 Egg White – Spring Onion (green)

For Corn Paste: 1. Take some corn and water in a blender & grind into a paste. For Chicken Sweet Corn Soup: 1. Take a wok and heat some oil, add spring onion (white), finely chopped celery and minced garlic in it. 2. Add the corn paste and swirl it around, now add chicken stock and mix it well. 3. Increase the heat, add crushed black pepper, salt, and corn, let the soup boil. 4. Once it is about to boil, add chicken and stir it around, sugar for taste. 5. Now add cornflour slurry (cornflour + water) and stir it well to maintain consistency. 6. Take egg whites and add a little into the soup. 7. Turn off the heat and add spring onion (green) and the Chicken Sweet Corn Soup is ready to serve.

22 Large White Mushrooms
3 Stalks Celery
chopped 1 Onion
chopped ¼ Cup Parsley
chopped 1/3 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
approx. ½ cup Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
approx. Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste
Bake at 375F until lightly browned, approx 30 min

  • 16 suuremat šampinjoni
  • 100 g hakkliha
  • 2 peotäit riivitud juustu (soovi korral sinihallitusjuust)
  • soola, pipart
  • 50 g suitsupeekonit
  • pool peotäit saiakuubikuid (valikuline)

Eemalda šampinjonidelt jalad. Haki peekon väikesteks tükkideks ning aseta see seenekübarasse. Prae hakkliha õrnalt läbi ning suru samuti ettevaatlikult seene sisse. Puista peale juustu ning aseta 200-kraadisesse ahju küpsema. Küpseta 10 minutit ning 2 minutit enne välja võtmist aseta peale saiakuubikud. Serveeri soojalt koos meelepärase lisandiga.
