Haki munavalged noaga h\u00e4sti v\u00e4ikesteks t\u00fckkideks ning sega see eelnevalt vahustatud munasegu hulka. Aja pann kuumaks ja sulata sellel v\u00f5i. Lisa riivleib ning prae kergelt l\u00e4bi. L\u00f5ika lillkapsas lahti \u00f5isikuteks ning prae neid v\u00f5i-riivleiva segus paar minutit.
