Kas tegemist on pardi-, sea-, veise- v\u00f5i m\u00f5ne muu lihaga oleneb t\u00e4iesti s\u00f6\u00f6ja isiklikest eelistustest, aga soovitav on kasutada pikalt k\u00fcpsenud ahjuliha. Kuna Ramen supi valmistamise v\u00f5lu on selle valmimise kiirus ja lihtsus, siis on soovitav kasutada selle supi valmistamisel eelk\u00fcpsetatud liha. Rannarootsi tootevalikus olev eelk\u00fcpsetatud Rabaj\u00f5hvika veisep\u00f5sk on selleks suurep\u00e4rane v\u00f5imalus. Liha k\u00fcpseb valmis 45 minutiga &#8211; selle ajaga j\u00f5uab ilusti ette valmistada kogu \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud supi. Seej\u00e4rel prae pannil munad valmis, maitsesta soola ja pipraga. Kuumuta potis puljongit ning lisa ingver, t\u0161illi, austri- ja sojakaste.<br>Viiluta seened ning prae pannil l\u00e4bi. Lisa puljongile. Viiluta varssellerid, haki koriander ning lisa samuti puljongisse. Keeda puljongit k\u00fcmmekond minutit ning seej\u00e4rel lisa paksoilehed, keeda veel 2 minutit. K\u00f6\u00f6givilja- ehk juliennel\u00f5ikurit kasutades l\u00f5ika porgandist ribad, jaga need supikaussidesse. Jaota kaussidesse puljongis olevad seened, paksoilehed ja varssellerid. Pista kaussidesse meelep\u00e4rane kogus k\u00fcpsetatud liha ning aseta peale praemuna.
